Flower Punch Tutorial

Hello Friends,

Jenny here with a tutorial for a card using those old
flower punches you probably have lying around.
Flower dies would work too.
I used the set Inspirational Word Art for my
sentiment.  One of my very favorite sets!

Start with a piece of card stock
cut just a little smaller than your
card base.

Then punch out a flower in the corner.

Punch out another flower in a
coordinating color.  To the right
of the photo above is the smaller
flower punch I use later.

Stamp your sentiment with
black ink.  Isn't that sentiment
gorgeous!  Such true words!

Now take your card base
and layer your panel over the top,
Slide the coordinating color flower
between the base and the panel, turning
it until some of the white is showing.
Carefully remove your panel and
lightly mark where the flower is.
Adhere flower to card base.
Punch out small flower on panel
and then adhere panel to card base.  Take
the small flower you just punched out
and adhere to the center of the large flower.
Now all that's left is the decorating!

I added a couple sparkly sequins and
some shiny clear rain stones to finish it off.

So dust off those old flower punches and give
this a try.  I'd love to see what you create!

Happy Crafting!

Hugs,

Jenny
